This castle and grounds set in the heart of the Lake District has been in the Lowther family for a millennium. Richard as part of a consortium headed by Era and Sheppard Robson is regenerating the site to a centre for Cultural excellence bringing together the best of the country with the best of the city in an unparralleled environment.

Richard’s role is to develop content for the project which inspires, stimulates and leaves people feeling regenerated and renewed. He is also developing an online facility which grows the creativity of users, helps them derive extra income and creates creative and purposeful communities.

This is a landmark project in every sense of the term.
