Richard developed the team at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill to win a global competition to design and build the European Headquarters of NATO. This involved: developing a core and compelling common Purpose, aligning all designs, written material, visuals, digital media and oral presentations to become congruent with this Purpose and to coach the teams responsible.
